Our Jackson studio is on Brewers Bridge Road, a calm, heated space for every level, a short drive from Freehold, Howell and Toms River. BASK is family-owned and local, created in 2015 by husband and wife John & Natalia Difolco, who operate all four studios and are certified yoga instructors.

DIRECTIONS
Located on Brewers Bridge Road in a red brick building. Coming east from County Line Road you will turn right on Brewers Bridge Road and it is the building after the Wells Fargo Bank. Parking is available in the front and rear of the building.

Yes. All of our classes are open level and designed for everyone to follow along, regardless of age or fitness level.
