Pre-register for any upcoming session by clicking the "sign-up" button next to the class time. If you are a new client you may also arrive 15 minutes before any scheduled class and sign up for at the front desk. Doors close at the start of class, please arrive early if you are new!

There is a 4 hour cancelation policy prior to the start of class. A cancelled class prior to the 4 hour window will be returned to your account to reuse.
Book button: A spot is available and you are able to reserve a class.
Waitlist button: Class is full and you will be added to the waitlist. A session is used to hold your spot. Treat your waitlist reservation as you would a class reservation. If you're moved into the class but don't attend, our late cancel/no-show policy applies.
You'll receive an email/text at least 2 hours before the class start time if you're moved into the class. Adjust your communication preferences in Mindbody/our website settings to opt-in to email/text notifications.
No button: Class and waitlist is completely full. The option to book or waitlist will reappear if space becomes available.
